Trang này hướng dẫn cách bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cá nhân mà Kiến Thức Dạo đang lưu giữ liên quan đến bạn, bao gồm cả dữ liệu phát sinh khi bạn dùng tính năng bình luận qua tài khoản Facebook.
1. Nếu bạn từng bình luận bằng tài khoản Facebook (Facebook Comments)
Bạn có thể xóa bình luận của mình bất cứ lúc nào bằng 1 trong 2 cách:
- Tự xóa trực tiếp: Nhấn vào biểu tượng dấu “…” ở góc bình luận của bạn ngay trên website → chọn “Xóa”. Yêu cầu bạn đang đăng nhập đúng tài khoản Facebook đã dùng để bình luận.
- Gửi yêu cầu cho chúng tôi: Nếu không tự xóa được, gửi yêu cầu qua mục “Liên hệ” bên dưới, kèm đường link bài viết và nội dung bình luận, chúng tôi sẽ xóa trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
Lưu ý: việc bạn xóa bình luận trên website không tự động xóa dữ liệu Facebook có thể đã lưu ở phía họ. Để quản lý/xóa dữ liệu Facebook của chính bạn, vào Cài đặt tài khoản Facebook → Quyền riêng tư → Hoạt động của bạn ngoài Facebook, hoặc xem hướng dẫn tại trang trợ giúp chính thức của Facebook.
2. Nếu bạn từng gửi biểu mẫu liên hệ hoặc bình luận qua WordPress
Gửi yêu cầu xóa qua mục “Liên hệ”, nêu rõ email/tên bạn đã dùng khi gửi. Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận và xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan (tên, email, nội dung) khỏi hệ thống trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ.

This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that Kien Thuc Dao holds about you, including data generated when you use the Facebook Comments feature.
1. If you commented using a Facebook account (Facebook Comments)
You can delete your comment at any time in one of two ways:
- Delete it yourself: Click the “…” icon on your own comment directly on the website → select “Delete”. You must be logged into the same Facebook account used to post the comment.
- Request removal from us: If you can’t remove it yourself, send a request via the “Contact” section below, including the article link and the comment content. We will remove it within 7 business days.
Note: deleting your comment from this website does not automatically delete any data Facebook may hold on their end. To manage or delete your own Facebook data, go to Facebook Settings → Privacy → Your Activity Off Facebook, or refer to Facebook’s official Help Center.
2. If you submitted the contact form or a WordPress comment
Send a deletion request via “Contact,” specifying the name/email you used. We will confirm and delete all related data (name, email, content) from our system within 7 business days, unless retention is required by law.
